At Jörd, we believe in the art of elevated dining, where every plate is a celebration of our surroundings. Using locally sourced and foraged ingredients, we build our menus around the very best produce at the peak of its season.
I was a contestant on BBC MasterChef in 2021 and have since moved into the world of professional cookery. I started out as a private chef, cooking for clients across the UK, but the goal was always to open a restaurant of my own.
Alongside our sister restaurant, The Cornerstone in Crook, that dream has now become a reality - twice over. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created at Jörd, and I look forward to welcoming you soon.
